At present Content Pepper’s software is currently hosted in an On-prem server. The software provides solutions that help to integrate all of the customers’ existing marketing tools into a powerful digital marketing hub, tailored to their daily business. This way customers can leverage their content for their target audience over a single channel for all digital touchpoints. The client’s vision is to launch its software globally in the next five years. So, to achieve the goal the software needs a high-level infrastructure that should contain aspects like robustness & stability, high availability, scalability and full automation. The client is looking forward to work with a partner who can build and manage their infrastructure.
Solution
- Ankercloud helped to migrate the data center hosting applications and databases to the AWS Cloud, allowing it to reduce its data center footprint and deliver content faster to customers around the world.
- We considered the best practices for cloud computing platforms and opted for AWS for their best-in-class infrastructure to serve the purpose and future-proof technology landscape.
- The current ecosystem designed was implemented in dedicated VPC to ensure top-notch security policies, Setting up OpenSearch with high availability and data governance. Also enabled CI/CD services for application pipeline to release services faster to the market demands, Repo to Production strategy has been implemented with automated QA stack.
- Contentpepper resorted to Mission to design an architecture that included Amazon OpenSearch to gather all the data into a single index in order to elevate internal operations and enhance customer service. Container logs are now transmitted to Amazon CloudWatch as part of that architecture, where they are then forwarded to OpenSearch using AWS Lambda functions.
- As soon as Contentpepper switched to using Amazon OpenSearch Service, full text search (description search) was added. As a result, their clients can access listings and features more quickly from the marketing hub, enabling Contentpepper to become countrywide and adopt a localised search.

- Over the period with the Amazon OpenSearch, Contentpepper has improved the AI for search ranking and Personalized search through AI
- The business applications outperformed the previous vendor lock-in platform with the new cloud-native features and enterprise-friendly services.
