Business HR / Senior HR Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities

An HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns the company’s people strategy with its business strategy. This role involves collaborating with different teams across the organization rather than working solely within the HR department. Preferably, candidates will have experience working in IT companies and IT-based startups in the services industry.

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support on various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify workforce needs and develop workforce plans.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures that foster a positive work environment.
  • Facilitate employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Conduct HR analytics and report on HR metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Technical Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in HR, preferably in IT companies or IT-based startups.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, young environment with intercultural aspects.
  • Proven track record in partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.
