Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager with a strong background in AGILE project management, stakeholder management, and baseline experience with AWS and GCP cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing international clients, driving project success, and delivering cloud solutions in fast-paced consulting environments. German language skills are a plus, but not essential.

Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations.

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with international stakeholders, manage relationships, and set clear communication pathways.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal teams, addressing challenges and ensuring alignment with project goals.

Agile Project Management

• Implement and oversee AGILE methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure cross-functional teams are aligned and meeting project milestones.

Cloud Services Expertise

• Provide guidance on AWS and GCP services, contributing to project planning and technical discussions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, helping bridge technical requirements with project outcomes.

Quality and Risk Management

• Identify and mitigate project risks, monitor project health, and maintain high standards of delivery.
• Implement processes to enhance project quality and client satisfaction.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in project management.
• Hands-on experience in AGILE methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Experience in a cloud or technology consulting environment.

Technical Skills:

• Foundational knowledge of AWS and GCP cloud services.
• Ability to contribute to technical conversations and align project outcomes with cloud best practices.

International Experience:

• Proven success managing international clients.
• Understanding of diverse business cultures and communication styles.

Language Skills:

• German language skills are advantageous but not required.

Consulting Background:

• Preferred experience in consulting.
• Understanding of consulting dynamics and client relationship management.
